Couldina 20 Effervescent Tablets with Acetylsalicylic Acid It is a medicine indicated for adults and adolescents aged 16 years and older to relieve the symptoms of colds and flu that include fever, mild to moderate pain, nasal congestion and discharge. You should consult your doctor if your condition worsens or does not improve, or if the fever persists for more than 3 days or the pain for more than 5 days.
POSOLOGY:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as given by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended dose is:
- Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over: Take 1 tablet every 8 hours. If necessary, take every 6 hours (3 or 4 times in 24 hours). In any case, take no more than 4 tablets in 24 hours, and leave a minimum of 6 hours between each dose.
- Use in patients with reduced liver, kidney or heart function. These patients cannot take this medicine without consulting a doctor as the dose must be reduced.
- Use in children. This medicine is contraindicated in children under 16 years of age.
